Correct seul bémol le jacuzzi en panne
Hôtel qui n’est plus entretenu. Personne à l’accueil très gentil, le plus est la piscine, restauration à FUIRE ! Heureusement cela ne nous a pas été facturé suite à la bonne compréhension de la réceptionniste
Hotel trop vieillot, merite une renovation pour le prix que l'on paye.
Poor quality hotel. Rooms were old fashioned. Triple room had a pull down single bed. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor- tinned fruit, nothing fresh, very basic.
Receptionist from the Caribbean was very helpful- the only positive of the experience

Nous sommes des habitués des établissements "Logis" et en règle générale, nous en sommes très satisfaits.
Sur ce séjour, bon accueil et le personnel de cet établissement très aimable, et cela est important lorsque vous arrivez. Chambre très propre; vue sur cours d'eau et clairière; bonne literie, deux placards pour rangement, ce qui fut très confortable, car motards, les vêtements sont un peu importants. Nous aurions apprécié plutôt une douche qu'une baignoire, mais c'était très propre. Une piscine intérieure chauffée, impeccable située à la lumière et soleil, avec un jacuzzi.
Par contre, un point sur lequel nous avons été très déçus, c'est la restauration; en règle générale dans les Logis, la restauration est très bonne, parfois même excellente. Cette fois-ci, hélas non. Niveau d'une cantine au niveau des plats; même si la présentation semblait sympathique, la qualité n'était pas là; et ce fut pour nous une grande déception. Sans doute un problème de recrutement au niveau cuisine, car le service était bien, et même le dernier soir, un des responsables était navré pour l'exécution d'un plat.
Mais il semblerait que cet établissement soit un VVF, ce qui n'est pas noté sur le site.
Dommage, car l'endroit est agréable.

Perfect stay for us. Good value for money
A. establishment to recommend... Clean room, a beautiful space, comfortable bedding, simple decor.
For a 3-star hotel we expected more high-end services. The hotel, the rooms, the decoration, the furniture are all 30-40 years old. Our room was very small, the very uncomfortable bedding needed to be changed. On the other hand, the people managing the reception and the restaurant are really great. A quick visit for our part, we are disappointed and will not come back.
The hotel advertises itself as 3 stars, which is in no way what you would expect from a 3 star. For example a dangling electrical outlet and no more soap in the shower. When it comes to the restaurant and breakfast, it feels like a family home.

The restaurant is only accessible with half board but this is not indicated when booking. So I had to look for a restaurant several km away at the last minute. The breakfast is of poor quality. Several bedbugs in the room, it's not a very pleasant welcome.

Very pleasant hotel. However it was disappointing that the hotel denounced our reservation for diner on a very short notice ( less than 48 hrs) because a large group wanted the restaurant for themselves. The solution of a simple meal in the lounge helped us out, tasted well but was not what we expected in a Logis de France 3 stars.

The room is very outdated It's not nickel in terms of the cleanliness of the bathroom (shower curtain stains at the bottom, dirty joints .... Pillow almost non-existent so they are thin Stains on the carpet

Hotel limits in service and quality of rooms for a three star. Priced only one evening meal, very disappointing. As for the breakfasts: 9 euros per person. The price is expensive for its contents knowing that depending on your time of arrival, there is not much left (pastries, ham, orange juice)

Rented with Logis hotel and we arrived in a VVF.chambre not made. Breakfast simple and not bon.repas a la carte too expensive compared to its simplicity and not varied. we ate 2 evenings the same for a so-called local restaurant of Logis hotel.

Very welcoming and attentive reception staff. The hotel and the pool/sauna facilities are of good quality. On the other hand, the restoration is not of quality. Too much waiting for the service and staff who do not know the job. Half of the dishes listed on the menu were not available.

The place is beautiful, but the hotel is not at the advertised level! The meal at the restaurant is barely worthy of a canteen. The room is large, but the bathroom is far too small, the WC in an almost inaccessible corner... No adjustable air conditioning. The pool has no showers other than the ones that kick in as you pass by, soaking your bath towel!

concerning the room only one socket on the desk, for recharging telephones, watch, computer, very limited. and the decoration is sad. television a disaster from the 5th nothing; the bathroom why leave such a small tub. concerning the meal, to be honest, I have rarely seen this in the stopover evening, so does the catering change between a stopover customer and a restaurant customer, already no choice for the stopover, only one menu and that's it, so my menu tuna avocado verrine (correct) but the paupiette was so burnt that the cook put cream on it to hide the misery suddenly the bacon a real crisp, frankly he was almost hungry and the peas carrots no preparation anyway really NOT terrible for a hotel accommodation. It is the first time and concerning the breakfast which must be ready for 7:30 am, no tray and food which arrives after. the conclusion is that I trusted LOGIS hotels which was for me a sign of quality and low I will think about other options for my travels. Decent hotel but room rate too high. Small bedding. No cleaning done for our two night stay.
Quiet hotel surrounded by greenery. Correct restaurant (server smiling) but not representative of the local gastronomy in any case in the evening stopover. Big point of disappointment on the quality of the bread which is a shame when we offer cheeses from the region.
We spent 2 days in this hotel. We were very disappointed overall. The furniture and decor is not modern at all. One in two saunas did not work. Welcome to the restaurant not friendly and we did not have many choices of dishes. A starter and 3 courses were no longer available. The price remains very high for the quality of the hotel.

Logis Hôtel le Relais du Moulin à Valençay (02-04/10/2022) The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of the family (and small-scale) atmosphere of a Logis de France hotel. It was more of a place to stay for business people. The dining room was not sufficiently heated (in the evening), there was no choice à la carte. The food had already cooled down a bit when it was served and gave the impression in part that it was a canned food. The background music in the restaurant had suddenly stopped at a certain moment. The associated bar was not open in the evening after dinner. The room and breakfast and breakfast room were very OK.
We enjoyed a stay en- route for 1 night. But it was difficult to find the hotel in the evening getting g dark. No visible signs on entering g Valencay, andwehad to stop and ask.

Hotel near Beauval and the castles of the Loire with reasonable prices, the most significant swimming pool and jacuzzi after a day of leisure or work.
La façade extérieur pour commencer ne donne pas envie de rentrer dans l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un sentiment de mal-être. Nous avons failli faire demi-tour mais comme il s'agissait du seul hôtel du coin disponible, nous sommes restés.
Chambre non chauffée à notre arrivée.
Sauna fermé depuis des mois pour "covid" et non précisé sur Internet.
Chambre vieillotte, avec une petite fenêtre, décoration à moderniser.
Hôtel quasiment vide (4 voitures sur le parking) à cette période donc au calme.
Salle de bain qui mérite un rafraîchissement plus moderne.
Petit-déjeuner qui mérite d'être repensé avec plus de choix en terme de salé et avec une proposition d'un muesli.
Literie bien, chambres bien insonorisées.

Total dissatisfaction following our stay in your establishment. The hotel is named as a 3 star, the photos on Booking.com are very advantageous and misleading. The park is certainly beautiful. The staff are selfless and affable. The swimming pool is as warm as a prison. Two deckchairs with holes are fighting a duel in the park. But that again is nothing next to the restaurant If you can call it a restaurant. Being with a baby we had no choice but to dine at the hotel. And frankly it was disgusting and shameful. Sorry for this frankness but at the price we paid, we have the right to cry scandal. we just got screwed. I would be you, I would be ashamed to receive people like that.

Breakfasts beyond disappointing, breaks ok but only 1 tea otherwise it was herbal teas, the reason, people don't take tea. The sweetener in a big box because nobody takes it either. Only not very appetizing croissants, no orange juice, no cheeses, 4 poor yoghurts, undrinkable coffee. Fruits not in season were withered. Noted at the price of 9 € on the site, charges 10 € for breakfast. Nothing after 9:30. Arrived at 8 p.m. impossible to eat on site, and nothing less than 25km. The staff Yells at each other seriously, apparently taken for the m...., In restriction of personnel and badly paid.

The hotel is very well located (we could see the towers of the castle from the room), quiet, and the room was spacious. Only criticism: the restaurant. The wait, in the evening, was really very long (more than 2 hours at the table), for any meal. But we were apologized, very kindly. The welcome is friendly, but the quality of the meals is average.
Large room and good bedding. Magnificent park. On the other hand, the service and the table are disappointing for a house in France. Our blocks of ice have just benefited from a refreshment in the fridge, obviously the freezer located on the lower floor was too far away! The servers seemed completely overwhelmed (out of phase?). The Vacherin was a small industrial slice. Minimal meal portions. Poor quality breakfast ham.
Old establishment. The room was small, smelled bad with carpet like in the 70s. The bathroom, also small, had a bathtub with a shower curtain which is completely outdated and the toilets not separated. Gym equipment was outdated and sometimes broken. Some facilities were closed. At the reception, no information was given on the entertainment at the castle. We were just told to book the restaurant which was quickly full which is not true. The photos on the site do not reflect the reality of the accommodation. It is unworthy of a 3 star.
At the hotel level, nothing to report. For the restaurant, the menu seemed imposed; without information about the price. Because I didn't like the starter, I was offered something else but everything was billed à la carte and even two other starters that I neither ordered nor consumed. There seems to be confusion between Hôtel Logis de France and VVF Vacances where people may be on half board. On the other hand, for invoicing, they have integrated well. Place unworthy of being Logis de France.
Hotel or VVF, I still ask myself the question. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Part of the staff has nothing to do in this sector of activity! Apart from the uh woman who received me when I arrived. Meals: this is not a restaurant but rather a bad canteen. Execrable meal, wine: product out of a cubitainer, information given by the staff.

The stopover in Valençay was successful, the setting is very beautiful, but we thought we would have a very good evening meal in this hotel, local and well cooked, and that was not the case at all, the menu, correct, was just an ordinary community meal. So the value for money is right….
we occupied room 206 for 4 days on half board. The room very clean OK The breakfast kind of self-service, basic, motorway style, bring back your tray in support but 9 euros, TO REVIEW. the basic dinner very limited choice correct products very far from the gourmet restaurant ...... specialties like highway in nothing local ....... Compared to other 3-star establishments, it's day and night. This establishment is in fact a VVF and in no way a 3-star hotel. The documents relating to the hotel do not conform to reality on many points, it is disappointing for a hotel. To be reviewed. No air conditioning no fan stifling heat especially this year.ctc.....

Superb stay to redo the staff is very pleasant
room located behind the elevator fortunately quiet period, and a little depressing at the level small window and outside view limited to a stretch of river and a few trees. Not having reserved the restaurant for the evening, (forgotten on our part) it was full, had to find a restaurant area, and on weekdays this locality has few places open in the evening for dinner. Also in terms of TV channels, limited in the TNT channels, not even channel 15, BFM TV...
Hotel which is also a VVF located in a beautiful green setting at the water's edge. Spacious room, very correct and comfortable bedding. But the breakfast is very mediocre in quality and above all no real coffee, only a distributor that delivers soluble coffee... even in companies or on the highways you can't find this kind of machine anymore!! Make an effort!! Hotel mentioned in the logihotel guide with the "gourmet restaurant" logo... disappointment at the restaurant: unique community menu with industrial food offset by a warm welcome. At least the restaurant logo should be changed.
